LuxeCare works in partnership with Sofitel Hotels throughout New Zealand to provide social care for postnatal and post-surgical recovery. We provide an opportunity for you and your partner to rest, relax and bond with your new baby as a family in 5 star luxury, or to rest and recover after surgery.
Postnatal - This part of your post-natal journey is so important and once you are discharged from hospital you can rest assured you are in an environment that will provide this while also having your chosen LMC Midwife able to visit you directly in your room and having overview care from our specialised team of Lactation Consultants.
Post Surgical - Staying with LuxeCare at The Sofitel gives you the opportunity to rest, relax and recover in 5 Star luxury.
Depending on the type of surgery or procedure you are undergoing, we will provide a registered nurse to visit daily and undertake standard medical requirements post surgery (such as dressing and wellness checks).
When you feel like a moment away from your room you will have access to the beautiful Spa at the Sofitel, gym & pool. Of course we know you might not be up for a dip just yet, but it is very therapeutic just to sit poolside & relax.
All meals are provided for you from the Michelin Star La Maree Restaurant at The Sofitel including:
- Breakfast
- 3 Course Lunch
- 3 Course Dinner
all delivered straight to your bed.
A beautiful LuxeCare newborn hamper will be waiting in your room along with amenities such as a Growbright airnest Nursing Pillow and Growbright Body Support Pillow.
